We offer free store pick-up from our Florida locations. For online purchases, orders are shipped from our Florida in-store inventory selection within 2-3 business days. We ship packages via USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days for most locations) and UPS Ground. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We accept returned merchandise postmarked within 7 calendar days of date of delivery and offer full refunds meeting our full returns policy criteria, including that the merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached. Some items are final sale, including lingerie, bodysuits, swim, and some sale items are final sale (as marked on the item) and cannot be returned.

Refunds (minus shipping cost) will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the merchandise back. At this time we do not have the capability to do exchanges. If you've selected in-store pick-up, please bring your receipt and return your items to the store within 7 days of purchase for a full refund..
