Orders are shipped from our in-store inventory selection. At this time Penelope T ships within the U.S. and Canada.
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within two business days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will be processed in up to 3 business days. (This excludes Saturday, Sunday, holidays and inclement weather).
We ship packages via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days for most locations). We also offer in-store pick-up. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. Orders over $500 may be shipped with a signature required. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Penelope T, you are responsible for the original charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Penelope T. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you select another shipping option other than "Standard $9.95 Shipping" or "Free Shipping", please note your order may be shipping from multiple locations (Tampa, Jacksonville Beach and/or Ft. Lauderdale) and shipping rates are reflected in the combined shipping total.
Penelope T is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses or zip codes. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate.
Penelope T is not liable for stolen packages. Once your package is delivered to the requested address, we are no longer liable for the package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the carrier and having your tracking information available.
