We offer free store pick-up from our Florida locations. For online purchases, orders are shipped from our Florida in-store inventory selection within 2-3 business days. We ship packages via USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days for most locations) and UPS Ground. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We accept returned merchandise postmarked within 7 calendar days of date of delivery and offer full refunds meeting our full returns policy criteria, including that the merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached.
